Die japanische Bento (lunch) Box beinhaltet ein gesundes und ausgewogenes Essen für unterwegs, zur Arbeit oder einfach nur so. Bentos packen ist nebenbei sparsam da man oft einfach Reste nehmen kann, hübsch angerichtet schmeckt es auch gleich viel besser!
